Nagpur: A teenage boy drowned in Ambazari lake while walking on the banks of the lake with his brother on Sunday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Rohit Rajendra Gorkhede (17), a resident of Plot No. 57, Ambedkar Society, Koradi Road.

According to police, Rohit went to the lake with his brother. While walking on the banks of the lake, Rohit slipped from the steps and fell into the lake and drowned. Staff of Ambazari police station rushed to the spot and fished out the body with the help of the Fire Department. The body was sent to GMCH for post-mortem. Further probe was underway.
