Nagpur: A landlord was allegedly attacked by his tenant and others over a petty argument in Byramji Town under Sadar Police Station on Monday morning. Cops have registered a case and launched the investigation into the matter.
According to police sources, the landowner Anuj Rajendrakumar Sidam (29) picked up an argument with his tenant and accused Jay Kanojiya. Following which another accused Viru Kanojiya and a couple of juvenile boys attacked Sidan with wooden sticks. The accused also manhandled Sidan before hurling abuses at him.

With severe injuries, Sidan then approached Sadar Police Station and filed a complaint. Sadar Police have registered an offence under Sections 324, 504, 34 of the IPC against the accused. Further probe is underway.
