The authorities, planning to accommodate big, medium and even small textile traders in the proposed facility, have come up with an idea of a multi-storey building with various world-class facilities such as elevators, public toilets, etc.

Meghmale said the leading architectural design consultancy firm of the country — Architect Hafeez Contractor — has designed an eight-storey building excluding two ground floors dedicated for parking. Apart from this, renowned B G Shirke Group Company will construct the new facility. The complex is expected to be over within two years.
