Boil it, bake it, slice it and fry chips or chop it and make a sabzi. How normal and boring!
Come to Tornados, newly opened in front of Traffic park and see how they can transform it and make it an international delicacy – a Korean one.
They slice it in spirals, put it on a stick, then dip it in batter, put it in a fryer and it is ready to be handed over to a happy customer – in hold your breath, 60 flavours!!! (Right now, they are offering 5 but will increase it to 30 soon). All vegetarian, drizzled generously with dollops of mayo.
That is Potato Tornado – a South Korean street food being offered in Nagpur for the first time.
