Nagpur: Railway recruitment 2018 – Nearly 50,000 Assistant Station Master vacancies will be filled by the Indian Railways this year it is learnt.
As per the latest reports, it is likely that the Railway Recruitment Board will soon release a job notification at indianrailways.gov.in relating to the vacancies for Assistant Station Master posts. The examination will be conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board.
Nagpur youth – do begin preparing to grab this opportunity. In a bid to speed up the recruitment process, the board is mulling options to conduct the exam online this year. It is expected that the application process will start from January and will continue till February.

Name of Posts: Assistant Station Master (ASM)
Numbers of Posts: 50000 (to be announced soon)
Mode of application: Online.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a graduate or equivalent from the recognized university.
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 32 years for RRB ASM Recruitment 2018. However, there is age relaxation for the reserved categories as per the government norms.
Pay scale: Rs. 5200 to 20200.
Selection Process: Candidates will have to undergo through three stages– Prelims Exam, Mains Examination and Personal Interview that will be conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board.
