The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in city received a shot in the arm when renowned Trade Union leader Jammu Anand joined the party on Saturday. The veteran Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Jammu Anand quit the CPI to join AAP that is making a wave after the party captured Delhi in the recent Assembly elections. The leader of nine Trade Unions, Jammu Anand, who also raised his voice and launched an agitation on Yogita Thakre death case, is likely to be fielded against BJP stalwart Nitin Gadkari for the Nagpur Lok Sabha constituency.
