Mumbai: In a heartbreaking incident, the daughter of Senior IAS officer Vikas Rastogi from the Government of Maharashtra has died by suicide. Early this morning at approximately 4 AM, she reportedly jumped from the 10th floor of a building, resulting in her death on the spot.
The young woman, aged 27, was immediately taken to GT Hospital, where her body is currently being held. The family is in deep mourning, grappling with the sudden and tragic loss of their loved one.
A cremation service is scheduled to take place today at 1 PM at the Chandanwadi Crematorium. Friends, family, and colleagues are expected to gather to pay their final respects and offer support to the grieving family during this difficult time.
