Nagpur: Imambada Police arrested two drug-peddlers and seized Mephedrone (MD) powder valued at over Rs 6.16 lakh, a Toyota Etios SUV (MH-03/AZ8279) and two cell phones from them.
The accused have been identified as Sumit Rajendra Pardesi (32), a resident of Varangaon, Bhusawal, district Jalgaon, and Dheeraj Purshottam Pardesi (34), a resident of Pulgaon, district Wardha. Both were staying at Siraspeth. Cops intercepted the vehicle during patrolling. During the vehicle search, they found the MD powder. The accused told investigators that they purchased the MD powder from one Sumit Gopal Gaidhane (30), a resident of Siraspeth.
