Two robbed of gold chains

Nagpur: Two women were robbed of their gold chains within an hour in separate incidents under the jurisdiction of Dhantoli police station on Friday.

Vasudeo Kalon has stated in his complaint with Dhantoli police station that two men snatched his wife’s chain worth Rs 40,000 while they were passing through RPTS road on Saturday around 8.30 pm. The couple was heading home at Khamla on their scooter.

Meanwhile, two youths on bike snatched gold chain worth Rs 75,000 of Sunita joshi while she was walking home at Samarth Nagar through Chattrapati square.
