Nagpur News : Two women were physically molested in two different cases under the jurisdiction of Lakadganj and Nandanvan Police Station on Wednesday.
In the first case, a 36-year-old woman lodged a complaint with Lakadganj police against the accused Pankaj Madhukar Sonkusre (25) and Naresh Eknath Sonkusre (32). The woman alleged that the two accused put a brawl with victim’s son over kite flying. They started beating the victim’s son due to which she interfered. The accused also beat the victim and thus molested her.
Lakadganj police have registered a case under Section 354 (1), 504, and of the IPC and arrested the two accused.

In another case, Nandanvan police have booked a youth for physically molesting a 26-year-old girl on Wednesday.
According to information, the 26-year-old victim was drying clothes on her terrace when the accused Ravindra Lavul, a resident of Gangabai Ghat Square reached her. The accused started a brawl and later thrashed the victim and molested her.
On the complaint of the victim, Nandanvan police registered an offence under sections 354 (a) of the IPC.
