Dhantoli police have booked an unidentified youth who kidnapped a 15-year old girl. According to police, the girl, a resident of Takiya, Dhantoli, was trapped by the youth with a promise of marriage with her. The 15-year old girl, too, trusted him and was ready to marry with the unidentified youth. When the noticed that the girl was ready to marry with him took the advantage and eloped with minor girl. Since the girl was minor, police have booked the accused under the relevant sections of IPC amounting to kidnapping. The relatives of the girl, too, have lodged a complaint with Dhantoli police who are searching for the girl.
GIRL MOLESTED: Ambajhari police have booked a youth on the charge of abusing and molesting a 15-year old girl. According to police, the girl, along with her brother and friend was going for tuition classes in Gokulpeth. Midway through, the accused Karan Khobragade, a resident of Vijay Nagar, Pandharabodi, stopped her and asked the girl as why she has not come meet him. When the girl protested Karan’s behavior, he started beating her and resorted to vulgar actions thus making the girl ashamed. The girl narrated the incident her parents. The girl’s parents immediately lodged a complaint with Ambajhari Police Station who booked Karan and have started a search for arresting him
