Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nagpur Residential Hotels Association (NRHA) was recently conducted at Hotel Airport Centre Point, Wardha Road, Nagpur. Tejinder Singh Renu – President, Prakash Trivedi – Immediate Past President, Inderjeet Singh Baweja & Shatrughan Warambhe – Vice President, Deepak Khurana – Secretary, Vinod Joshi – Treasurer & Nitin Trivedi – Joint Secretary of NRHA shared the dais.
Audited Accounts of NRHA for the year ended 31st March 2024 were adopted and passed. M/s J. S. Uberoi & Co was appointed the statutory Auditors for the year 2024-25.
Tejinder Singh Renu, in his presidential address to the members said, the old property hotels need to upgrade with time; nowadays the customers are ready to pay if you provide services to their expectations. NRHA is also thankful to the State Government for the much required Tourism Policy, which will certainly attract handsome investments in the hospitality sector in Maharashtra.

NRHA member Cmde (retd) Gurubachan Singh Kanwal shared his experience of Fire Safety being implemented in his hotel and also guided the members on how to gain knowledge by reading MS State Fire Rules and NBFC.
