Riding on Vaibhav Sherley’s four goals including a hat-trick Rahul Sankritayan Club drubbed Big Ben 4-0 in Meghe group sponsored Super Division Football Tournament organised by Nagpur District Football Association (NDFA) at SECR’s Motibagh ground on Friday.
Rahul had an upper hand right from the beginning. After missing several opportunities finally during an injury time of first half Shirley drew the first blood.

Then in the second half it was all Shirley show as he pumped in three goals within a span of six minutes. In the 49th minute he increased the lead 2-0. His third goal came in the 53rd minute.

In senior division league at Police Line Takli ground, Qidwai Club and Gondwana played out 1-1 draw. Gondwana were leading by 1-0 in the first half. Stempen Machado put them ahead in the 14th minute. In the second half, Mohammad Atif equalised the score. Then both the teams failed to break a deadkock sespite making lot of efforts.
