Nagpur: Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA) marked a significant moment in its history with the conclusion of its 60th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, where members convened to elect new office bearers and the Executive Committee for the upcoming term. The highlight of the event was the unanimous re-election of Vishal Agrawal as President for his third consecutive term, affirming his leadership and vision for the association. Prashant Mohota assumes the role of Honorary Secretary, entrusted with overseeing administrative affairs and fostering communication between VIA and its stakeholders. The Vice Presidents for the term include Dr. Anwar Daud, Ashish Doshi, and Naresh Jakhotia, each bringing unique expertise and perspectives to their roles. Rakesh Surana takes charge as Treasurer, ensuring meticulous financial management to support VIA’s operations and initiatives.
The Executive Committee, comprising eminent members from diverse sectors, will collaborate closely with the leadership to drive VIA’s agenda forward. Notable members include Suresh Rathi, Immediate Past President, whose experience will provide invaluable continuity and guidance. Atul Pande, Rohit Bajaj, Aditya Saraf, Gaurav Sarda, Satyanarayan Nuwal, R B Goenka, Dr. Suhas Buddhe, Rohit M Agrawal, Girish Deodhar, Pankaj Bakshi, Girdhari Mantri, Paramveer Sancheti, Ashish Chandarana, Dr. Prashant Agrawal, Sushil Bansal, Nitin Agrawal, Varun Parakh, Divyam Singhania, and Sagar Agrawal complete the committee, representing a broad spectrum of industries and bringing expertise in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and more.
