Nashik: A teacher in a Nashik school was thrashed mercilessly for sexually molesting a girl student on Saturday. The lewd teacher, named Sunil Kadam, at St Francis School allegedly outraged modesty of a Class X student on the very first day of the school.
The victimised girl narrated the incident to her parents. Taken aback, the parents and other persons rushed to the school and bashed the teacher up severely with fists, kicks, chairs. The accused teacher Sunil Kadam first proposed the Class X student and when she refused, he threatened to fail her. Later Kadam indulged in obscene acts and thus outraged her modesty.

On the basis of a complaint lodged by mother of the student, Indira Nagar police booked the accused teacher Sunil Kadam under POCSO Act and launched investigations.
