Nagpur: As a socially responsible telecaster, Zee TV has touched upon a number of diverse social issues through path-breaking shows now it has come up with “Jeet Gayi Toh Piyaa Morre” produced by Jay and Kinnari Mehtaa, is an Indian interpretation of Beauty and the Beast, set against the backdrop of a long-standing family feud between the Chauhans and the Rajawats of Sujaangarh, Rajasthan. Despite the animosity, fate takes an unfortunate turn when Devi (Yesha Rughani) is forced to marry Adhiraj (Krrip Kapur Suri). The story is about Devi’s journey of gradually converting the brutish, ruthless beast Adhiraj into the husband of her dreams.
Yesha Rughani character as Devi is a strong woman who is fighting against all odds to make sure that she wins her husband’s love. With every passing week, the audience are introduced to a different side of Devi as she embarks on a journey to reform Adhiraj (Krrip Kapur Suri).
Devi (Yesha Rughani) reveals her pregnancy to Adhiraj (Krrip Kapur Suri) leading to a sudden change in his demeanour towards her. However, Devi confides in Ambika (Sheetal Maulik) about the pregnancy being fake in order to change Adhiraj’s behaviour towards her. Meanwhile, Adhiraj showers Devi with a lot of attention to make her pregnancy as comfortable as possible. Will Devi manage changing Adhiraj for good? To celebrate the show’s success and talk about the story forward, lead actor Yesha Rughani visited Nagpur. She was thrilled to visit Nagpur and meet my fans here. She had heard amazing things about the street food in city and was looking forward to to pack some mouth-watering Poha and orange barfi on my way back home.
