Nagpur: The Vidhan Bhavan in the Second Capital City of Nagpur on Wednesday wore a different look. Apart from the usual touch of crowd comprising the known faces of ministers, legislators (MLAs and MLCs), babus, policemen, journalists covering the Winter Session, the Vidhan Bhavan witnessed some smart foreign faces.
A few curious foreigners, including a “Gori Madam” arrived at the sprawling premises ostensibly to watch the proceedings in either Assembly or Council and experience the chaos, as well. The smiling faces of the distinguished guests showed that they, by and large, cherished their moments and the hustle bustle of Maharashtra Legislature.
