Shree Ganesh Enterprises got the contract for labor supply in the firm. Following this the firm sent the list of local unemployed youths to the MAHAGENCO with an aim to provide them job opportunity.

Shree Ganesh Enterprises has alleged that they have sought gate passes for the youths from the chief engineer. However, instead of appointing the local youths mentioned in the list, the MAHAGENCO has issued the gate pass to the unauthorized people.

There is no stamp or signature of Shree Ganesh Enterprises contractor on the gate passes issued.

Shree Ganesh Enterprises state that they will not be liable if any kind of casualty or injury happens to the unauthorized people who made the gateway, sans their approval. The sole responsibility of this will be of MAHAGENCO.

The unemployed are left with no option but to raise questions like, from where did the new gate passes arrived? Is MAHAGENCO working under pressure of anybody?
