In his video, Dr. Sinha explained that Shastri is experiencing third-level thinning in the crown area and second-level thinning in the front and mid-scalp. Additionally, there is noticeable baldness at both angles. Dr. Sinha attributed these issues primarily to genetic factors. He also pointed out lifestyle factors such as Shastri’s irregular eating habits, late nights, indulgence in sweets, and lack of protein, which are exacerbating the problem.
To address these concerns, Dr. Sinha recommended a combination of topical treatments like Minoxidil and Finasteride, alongside multi-vitamins. He advised Shastri to maintain a healthier routine by having dinner by 8 PM, going to bed by 10 PM, reducing sweets, and increasing protein intake. For those preferring non-medication routes, Dr. Sinha suggested PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy.
