Nagpur: Braving the sweltering summer heat, voters across three constituencies in Vidarbha lined up at polling stations in the second phase of Lok Sabha elections on Thursday, April 18.
Voting for three constituencies in Vidarbha – Amravati, Akola and Buldana – is underway. In the second phase of Lok Sabha elections, polling is underway at 95 parliament constituencies across 11 states including 10 seats of Maharashtra.
According to election officials, 45.63 percent voting was recorded in Amravati constituency till 3 pm. Similarly, Akola registered 45.39 percent and Buldana around 46 percent voting till the time. Overall percentage in ten constituencies of Maharashtra is 46.63 till 3 pm.
