Ten days of constant search at four cities finally brought success to Imambada police when they pinned down wanted fraudster Raghuvaran alias Raghuveer alias Paul from Kerala.
Paul was wanted in a fraud case of Rs 11 lakh in May 2012. According to the police, Paul had duped a city man of Rs 11 lakh under assurance of providing guiding machine. Paul had introduced himself as Guiding machine agent and had assured a city man who owned a firm named Prime Engineering on Ghat Road of providing the guiding machine and even finalised the deal in Rs 8 lakh. He even charged Rs 3 lakh for other document purpose and had gone absconding since then. Imambada police had been searching for Paul since year. Tipping off the secret sources, senior PI Anil Choudhary had formed a team for search operation at Kerala to nab Paul Padmadhan Nair. He is kept under police custody till Monday.
