We had informed you sometime ago that team Golmaal and Karan Johar have shot a special song for Rohit Shetty‘s upcoming film Simmba and the song has now been unveiled.

The song is a revamped version of 90s chartbuster Aankh Maare from 1996 release Tere Mere Sapne and while the original had the nation going ‘Hi Ho Ha, Hi Ho Ha’, this one failed to create the same magic.
The song starts with Karan Johar saying ‘Oh God one more remake’ and that’s exactly how we felt. The video features the film’s lead pair, Sara Ali Khan and Ranveer Singh along with Arshad Warsi (who had played the lead role in Tere Mere Sapne), Tusshar Kapoor and Shreyas Talpade. It’s a nice video but the song crooned by Neha Kakkar and Mika Singh didn’t live upto the expectations.
