Nagpur: Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) inter area Chess, Bridge & Carrom tournament 2017-18 concluded today at company HQs. HQs team was adjudged winner in chess and Pench area as runner up whereas Nagpur area emerged champion in Carrom & Kanhan area was the runner. Pench area grabbed the winner trophy in bridge. Head quarters team was the runner.
Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, Chairman-cum-Managing Director was the Chief Guest of the valedictory and prize distribution function. He congratulated all winners and runners of the tournament. Mishra opined that a player was always a good employee also.
TN Jha, Director (Technical), Saurabh Dubey, Steering Committee Member, AP Singh, Ramkera Yadav & Kameshwar Rai, Welfare Board Members were prominently present on the occasion.
