Mumbai: The Winter Session of Maharashtra’s Legislature is witnessing heated discussions over granting reservation to the Maratha community. Leaders across the party lines quote the legendary leader Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the Maratha dynasty for their policy on proportional representation.

This legislator, went one step further and arrived at the Legislative Council dressed as the King! Prakash Gajbhiye, the NCP MLC from Nagpur hopes this avatar of him will remind the present rulers their promise to provide reservation to the Maratha, the Muslims and the Dhangar community.
