Woman among two booked for grabbing land worth Rs 5 cr in Nagpur

Nagpur: Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Nagpur Police booked two persons, including a woman, for allegedly grabbing three plots of a housing society valued at Rs 5 crore in Mouza Borgaon, Gittikhadan, Nagpur, by preparing fake documents.

Identified as Sushma Ganesh Nandeshwar and Ezaz Khan Noorkhan, the accused are the residents of Lashkaribagh, Pachpaoli.

According to police, Sushma Nadeshwar and Ezaz Khan, in connivance with some others, forged the documents of a plot in Mouza Nari. Using one of the pages of the agreement of the plot in Mouza Nari, they prepared fake documents of the three plots in Mouza Borgaon (29000 sq ft) worth Rs 5 crore to transfer the property in the name of Sushma Nandeshwar.

Following a complaint lodged by Omkar Gulwade, a case under Sections 420, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against Ezaz Khan and SushmaNandeshwar at Gittikhadan Police Station. PSI Anil Brahmankar is investigating the case under the supervision of DCP (EOW & Cyber Crime) Archit Chandak.
