Woman relieved of gold ornaments

Nagpur News : Two unidentified women relieved a woman with gold ornaments worth Rs 1.23 lakh on Wednesday evening. According to police, Dr Sangita Ravichandar Ganpati (30), a resident of House No. 1/4/112, Bhagat Singh Road, Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh, took a six seater auto for Shukrawari lake from Jhasi Rani Square. Accused women steal gold ornaments worth Rs 1.23 lakh from Dr Sangita’s bag without her knowledge.

Dr Sangita came to know about the theft when she checked her bag for the ornaments. She was shocked to not find the ornaments in the bag. She immediately lodged a complaint with Ganehpeth Police Station. Cops have registered an offence against the accused under Sec 379 and 34 of the IPC. PSI Pendur is investigating the case.
