One cannot refrain themselves by thinking that Valentine’s Day is meant to be only celebrated with girlfriends, wife or close friend. However, as far as Valentine’s Day 2022 is concerned; there’s some unusual vibe in Nagpur this year. For Nagpurians, Love is not only in the air, on this lovely day; but also in the Fur!
Spreading the message — Valentine’s Day can also be celebrated with your pets as well — Dobby-the-Chef in collaboration with Smash and Splash organised their annual event – Valentine’s Dog Pool Party on Sunday. This unique and much awaited event of Central India which aims to help dog parents and dog lovers socialise and have fun with their four legged friends commenced from 11 am onwards at the Smash and Splash gaming zone, above Lotus Electronics, Opp Empress City Nagpur.

The main attractions of this event was indoor dog pool, games for dogs, fresh food & cupcakes for dogs, basic training session by vets and dog trainers, shopping stalls for people and dog adoption camp.
Dobby-the-Chef in association with Smash and Splash gave the pet lovers an ultimate opportunity of celebrating V-Day with a play-date with their lovely dogs!
During the event, exciting games for dogs and their parents were conducted. The organizers had also planned surprise gift vouchers by sponsors Club Mahindra to the winners. An introductory training session for dogs and AMA session with the trainer received overwhelming response. Among all, the Dog Adoption Camp and Splash in the POOL segments initiated by Dobby-the-Chef and Smash and Splash turned out more appealing and were loved by all.
You name it! The event had comprised it all. There were paw stalls as well dealing in dog’s clothing and accessories, food, etc. Adhering to its distinguished role in the event, a Kissing booth (with dogs) & Polaroid to capture the adorable moments, was also installed in the premises. All the proceeds were given to benefit stray dogs at SSO.
Around 36 dogs of various breeds participated in the Valentine’s Dog Pool Party, organised by Dobby-the-Chef and Smash & Splash. An absolutely adorable pool party for Nagpurian and their dogs, concluded with lots of Woof-Woof indeed!
