Nagpur: A young boy was attacked murderously with a sharp-edged weapon when refused to give lift to a 30-year old man. The incident occurred in Tehsil area on Friday night. The accused assaulter has been identified but not arrested so far.
The victim Rushabh Satish Dagoriya (20), resident of Lashkaribagh, near Samata Boudha Vihar, Panchpaoli, was seating in his transport office situated at Mirza Galli, Hansapuri Khadan around 830 pm on Friday. The accused named Raj (30) of the same area came to the office of Rushabh and asked for lift to go to Chitnavis Park. However, Rushabh refused the demand of the accused Raj. Enraged by the refusal, Raj pulled Rushabh out of his office and attacked him with Gupti (a sharp-edged weapon). Raj inflicted stab wound on Rushabh’s stomach, ribs and back with the motive of killing him. The accused attacker fled the scene leaving behind injured Rushabh who was taken to a nearby hospital by nearby residents.
On the basis of a statement of Rushabh, Tehsil PSI S R Raut has booked the accused Raj under Section 307 of IPC and searching for him.
