Nagpur: A young boy, taking advantage of a minor girl being alone, entered into her house and raped her. The heinous crime occurred in Kalamna area on Friday. The accused boy has been booked.

The complainant relative of the 15-year old girl told police that when her daughter was alone in the house, the accused Guddu Shahu (22) of Shyamnagar came there and asked the girl “Is anybody in the house?” When she replied that nobody is in the house, the accused Guddu forcibly entered and raped the girl.

Based on a complaint, Kalamna PSI P S Bhagile has registered a case against the accused Guddu Shahu under Section 376 of IPC read with Sub-Sections 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and investigating the matter further.
