Nagpur: A 25-year old man ended his life by hanging himself due to mounting stress from a domestic dispute in Sonegaon Police Station area.
The deceased has been identified as Amandeep Singh Multani, residing in Narkesari Layout, Jaiprakash Nagar. Aman, who was unemployed and grappling with alcohol addiction, was in a live-in relationship with a woman named Pushpa in Narkesari Layout. Tensions escalated on Friday during a disagreement between Aman and Pushpa which led him to hang himself using a scarf tied to a ceiling hook in their bedroom around 2.30 pm.

The incident was reported to the police who rushed to the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. The police suspect suicide due to the mental tension from the ongoing dispute. A case of accidental death was registered by Sonegaon Police.
