Nagpur: Old Kamptee police have booked a youth on the charges of blackmailing his “girlfriend” with her morphed photos and demanding money.
The accused, who has been identified as Rahul Moreshwar Khobragade (24) of Panchsheel Nagar, Kanhan and the victimized girl (20) of Old Kamptee were ‘friends.’ During their friendship, the accused Rahul had clicked photos of his ‘girlfriend.’ With these photographs, Rahul prepared a morphed CD and then started blackmailing the girl. With this blackmailing threat, Rahul demanded money from the girl. However, the girl did not succumb to the blackmail tactics of Rahul and lodged a complaint against him.

Old Kamptee API Chauhan has booked the accused Rahul Khobragade under Sections 354(D), 385 of the IPC read with Sub-Section 67(A) of IT Act and investigating the matter further.
