YAVATMAL: Daring the heavy flow of flood water proved fatal for a youth, who was drowned in an overflowing nullah in Yavatmal district.
Following heavy rainfall in the region, a flood-like situation was created on Petur bridge in Vani tehsil of Yavatmal district. All the rivers and nullahs in the region were overflowing due to heavy flow of rain water. The Petur bridge was also submerged in the water.

The villagers have to cross the bridge for their daily works. However, looking at the floods, villagers were very cautious and were crossing the Petur bridge with full safety. However, one Sunil Subhash Bhoyar could not assess the intensity of the floods and went on the bridge dancing and enjoying. He soon lost his control and was drowned in the waters.
