A youth was killed when a speeding truck rammed into the motorcycle he was riding, on Nagpur-Amravati Highway under jurisdiction of Kondhali Police Station on Saturday evening. The deceased was identified as Pramod Kawdu Chamlate,a resident of Dhudhala village.
According to police, Pramod was heading towards Khursaparon Hero Honda CD 100 motorcycle (MH-49/Y-8341) at 3.45 pm. A speeding truck came behind and rammed in to the motorcycle near Nandora turning. Pramod was seriously injured in the mishap and succumbed to the injuries on the spot.

The truck spedaway from the spot after the accident. Kondhali Police have registered the case under Sections 279,304(a)of Indian Penal Code read withSection 1 84 of MVA.Further investigation is on.
