Nagpur: A 24-year old boy was murdered brutally by three goons outside a beer bar at busy Medical Square on Friday night. The main suspect and his two accomplices have been booked and being hunted by cops.
The deceased Vinaychandra alias Pappu Chandramani Ganvir (24), resident of Dwarkapuri, Hawrahpeth, had gone to Laxmi Beer Bar at Medical Square around 11 pm on Friday. After enjoying a peg or two, Pappu came out of the beer bar but was accosted by the main suspect Swapnil Rajhans Kamble (27), resident of Vishwakarma Nagar, and his two other accomplices (20-25 years). A brawl erupted between Pappu and the three accused over an issue. The fracas took the bloody turn when the accused Swapnil and two others attacked Pappu with knife and inflicted stab wounds on his forehead and stomach. Pappu collapsed due to the brutal attack and died on the spot.
Ajni API S G Shejul, based on a complaint lodged by Chandramani Ganvir (56), has booked the three accused under Sections 302, 34 of IPC and hunting them.
