Nagpur: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has taken action against pharmacies operating without licensed pharmacists, following the tireless efforts of Zishan Siddique, President of the Janta Dal Foundation. The foundation’s persistent campaigning and complaints led to the FDA imposing fines and filing complaints against several errant pharmacies, including Dhanwantri Medical Store whose license is now Banned.
Zishan Siddique, a leading advocate for regulating illegal medicines and pharmacies, hailed the FDA’s actions as a major victory for public health. “Our mission is to protect citizens from the dangers of unregulated and harmful drugs sold without proper prescriptions.
